Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the cron_jobs platform. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
cron_jobs is an Australian SaaS platform that automates your weekly job search. We scan Australian job boards (Seek, Jora, Indeed, and I Work for NSW), score results against your stated preferences, and generate tailored resumes, cover letters, and screening answers — delivered once per week on your chosen schedule.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in Australia to use cron_jobs. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to upload any documents you submit to the platform.
cron_jobs offers two weekly subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed weekly in advance. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing week — you will retain access to the platform until that period ends. We do not offer refunds for partial weeks.
Each subscription entitles you to one automated job search run per week, scheduled at the day and time you choose. Runs cannot be brought forward, repeated, or manually triggered outside your schedule. This cadence is intentional — each run requires meaningful compute time and cost to deliver quality results.
Resumes, cover letters, and screening answers generated by the platform are produced by AI based on the career documents and preferences you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before submitting it to any employer. cron_jobs does not guarantee that generated documents will result in interviews or employment, and we are not liable for the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
The recruiter opt-in feature is voluntary. By enabling it, you consent to your profile preferences (role, seniority, salary range, location) being visible to recruiters using the platform. You may disable this at any time. cron_jobs does not guarantee any recruiter contact or job outcomes through this feature.

The cron_jobs platform, branding, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by Australian intellectual property law. Documents generated for you using your own career data are yours to use. We retain no claim over the content of your generated resumes or cover letters.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, cron_jobs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of employment opportunity, loss of data, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the four weeks preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notice. Continued use of cron_jobs after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
